Recharging the Batteries

Hey all, I guess it is about time for another update… I have made the decision to take a few weeks off and enjoy a little R&R before the 2011 campaign. Other than a visit to NYC this weekend to visit my sister, I’ll be in St. Louis for the holidays. More than anything, this break is for my mental health. I feel that being away from the game for just a few weeks will get me excited for the upcoming year. I am looking at this as a way of separating my first six months as a pro and my first full year. I’ve learned a lot in my first six months and look forward to a successful 2011. I plan to head back down to Florida in the first week of January. My swing coach, Brian Fogt, will most likely be in the Orlando area as well which will allow us to play and practice together before my first event (January 11-13). I’ll be in Orlando for a few weeks and then head back up to Pinehurst, NC.
